1. »ç°Ç°³¿ä

 

2002³â 3¿ù 1ÀÏ ¹Ì±¹ ÅØ»ç½º Corpus Christi¿¡¼­ ¹Ð°¡·ç 11,000ÅæÀ» ¼±ÀûÇÑ ¡®Stefania 1¡¯È£´Â ¾ç·úÇ×ÀÎ Æä·ç Matarani¿¡ 2002³â 3¿ù 14ÀÏ 21:20¿¡ µµÂø ÈÄ Áغñ¿Ï·á ÅëÁö ¹× °Ë¿ª°Ë»ç(Åë°ú)¸¦ ¹Þ¾Ò´Ù. ±×·¯³ª È­¹°¼­·ù(phytosanitary certificate)ÀÇ ¹Ìºñ·Î È­¹°°Ë»ç°¡ Áö¿¬µÇ¾î ¼±¹ÚÀº 2002³â 3¿ù 18Àϰ濡³ª Á¢¾ÈÇÏ¿© ¾ç·úÀÛ¾÷ÀÌ °¡´ÉÇÏ¿´´Ù.

 

 

2. °ü·Ã ±ÔÁ¤

 

Á¦18Á¶ Á¦aÇ×

Notification of vessel¡¯s readiness to load and discharge at the first or sole loading and discharge port shall be delivered in writing at the office of Charterers/Receivers between 0900 and 1600 on all days except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Such notice of readiness shall be delivered when the vessel is in the loading or discharging berth and is in all respects ready to load/discharge, including free pratiques whether applicable, if vacant, failing which from a layberth or anchorage within the limits of the port, or otherwise as provided in Clause 18(b)

 

Á¦52Á¶

At both Load & Discharge ports vessel to tender Notice of Readiness via tlx/VHF/phone/email after having complied with local inspection, including agriculture/sanitary authorities during regular office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs on Mondays through Friday excluding Saturdays, Sunday days and holidays, and time shall then start at 0800 hrs on the next working day not excepted vessel in all respects ready to commence cargo operations.

Cargo is to be discharged free of expense to the vessel.

 

Á¦18Á¶ Á¦cÇ×

Following receipt of notice of readiness laytime will commence at 0800 on the next day not excepted from laytime.

 

Á¦19Á¶ Á¦cÇ×

Vessel is to be discharged at the average rate of 3,000tons of 1,000kilos per weather working day of twenty four(24) consecutive hours. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays included on the basis of the Bill of lading weight.

 

Á¦20Á¶

Demurrage at loading and/or discharge ports is to be paid at the rate of US$7,000 per day or pro rata for port of a day¡¦ Any time lost for which Charterers/Receivers are responsible, which is not excepted under this Charter party, shall count as laytime, until same has expired , thence time on demurrage.

º»°è¾à»ó Áö¿¬(detention) °ü·Ã ±ÔÁ¤ ¾øÀ¸¸ç, ´çÇØ Á¦20Á¶¿¡ ÀǰŠ¿ë¼±ÀÚ ±ÍÃ¥ ½Ã°£¼Õ½ÇÀº Á¤¹Ú±â°£À¸·Î Á¤»êµÈ´Ù.

 

(2) À¯È¿ÇÑ Áغñ¿Ï·áÅëÁö

 

µµÂø Á÷ÈÄ ÅëÁöµÈ Áغñ¿Ï·á´Â °è¾à»ó À¯È¿Çϸç, ¼³»ç ´ç½Ã À¯È¿ÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù ÇÏ´õ¶óµµ ¿ë¼±ÀÚÀÇ ÀÌÀÇ(protest or objection) ¾ø´Â Á¢¼ö µîÀ¸·Î ±× ÇÏÀÚ°¡ Ä¡À¯µÇ¾ú´Ù.
